Week 1 – Day 3

Ephesians 2:8-9 AMPC
For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God; Not because of works [not the fulfillment of the Law’s demands], lest any man should boast. [It is not the result of what anyone can possibly do, so no one can pride himself in it or take glory to himself.]

Dear Friend,

Being rescued from every single situation facing you or intimidating you is a free gift from God! You do not ever have to earn the right to be swept up and out of a battle by God, YOUR Father. He fought for you, delivered you and paid the price for you to have Eternal Life.

What is interesting is that we don’t know what Eternal Life actually means. It isn’t living forever, every one will exist forever good or bad. It isn’t going to heaven, though that is a result of accepting Him and the sacrifice of the cross. Eternal Life is OBTAINING and WALKING IN all that Christ purchased for you when He rose again from the dead.
Healing, soundness of mind, freedom from fear, joy, peace, good relationships, absence of worry, financial provision, etc… These are all promises that were made a reality for those that believe on Him (John 3:16).

Look again at this scripture:
For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation)…

“Christ’s Salvation” – think about that phrase, it is so powerful in its revelation. Christ’s salvation is for you to be free from every single thing that comes against you to rob you of abundant life. He told us in John 10:10 that He came so that we might “have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows). Are you in a circumstance that is keeping you from enjoying this promise?

➢ Know that it is illegal and out of the will of God.
➢ It doesn’t have a right to be here.
➢ This battle isn’t your fault, so you do not have to “live in it” because you “deserve” it.
➢ Even if your actions brought you to this place, the attack on your peace and life is illegal. You are the righteousness of God now, not your own.
➢ God already defeated the enemy in your life. He will also show you how to walk in peace while He removes the battle around you.
➢ God’s Word works and never returns without producing the victory.

Change is coming! You believed in Christ, now believe in His salvation. It belongs to you and not because you earned it yesterday or today or by what you do tomorrow. It is yours because of what He did and that is power for you today, tomorrow and forever. It is a guarantee. Rest in His victory! Change is coming! Victory! Victory! Victory!!!!

Love,
Jen

Meditation:
John 10:10 (AMPC)
The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
John 3:16 (AMPC)
For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.

Journal:

It is ok to “trust in, cling to, and wholeheartedly rely on” God. He loves it.

Where in your life are you still holding onto the lie that the enemy has a right to punish you? Do you believe that this battle is meant to teach you something? No one ever changed a behavior or conquered a challenge by shaming or belittling themselves in their mind.

Define the lies that keep you from relying on Him as a Daughter/Son and write the truth next to those lies. No more will you limit God’s salvation from operating in your life fully.
